Компиляция моделей CSSource

Здравствуйте, я так понимаю этот вопрос не раз поднимался, но адыкватного ответа я не нашел, во всяком случае именно в моем варианте!

я делаю нормальную модель АлфаСпецназа (другие модели в интернете на эту тему жутко квадратные) по историческим и реконструичным планам, все отлично и модель сделана и скилет и прочее сделано на 5 (сделал в Milk Shape) но теперь у менгя проблемма с компиляцией из smd в mdl (больная тема сидя по постам в инете), как то вышло скопилировать но в МодельВьювере сама модель розовая (без текстур) а в игре вообще выдет ошибку, помогите а?

Если есть кто умеет компилировать модели (выдать готовые mdl файлы c текстурами) отпишитесь пожалуйста!
или же обьясните популярно, я какбэ модели делаю довно, но именно за компиляцию берусь впервые!

на замену например t_arctic.mdl, со всеми vtx и прочими файлами (в том числе и текстурами - материалами) чтобы поставить на рабочую кантру и любоваться!

Ладно! тогда можешь описать процесс компиляции на примере стандартной модели?
плюс какие программы для этого нужны!
попробую потренироваться сначала на стандартных!
